PDX Lunch & Learn: Strategic Planning Models
September 26 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
A well-designed strategic framework can be the difference between success and failure with your Strategic Plan. Research studies show that between 70% and 98% of Strategic Plans are Dead on Arrival.
Cascade Strategy and Technology Association of Oregon invite you to a Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, October 16th from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm hosted at Vacasa for an interactive discussion and evaluation of the Top 5 Strategic Frameworks, from the Balanced Scorecard to OKR’s to the self-designed strategy.
Attendees will be able to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each framework and make an informed decision on how to structure a Strategic Plan for their organization.
Be prepared to bring your favorite Strategic Framework to the test and have an open mind as to why you may consider adopting a new model to beat the odds or consider using multiple models for the same organization. Cascade Strategy will also share the key elements that make every framework more likely to succeed based on our experience with working with over 1,000 different organizations in over 60 countries.
